Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee all aspects of large-scale construction projects valued at $50M or more. This role involves developing, planning, and executing contractual requirements while aligning with company values, policies, and goals. You will provide on-site leadership, ensure seamless project execution, and take full responsibility for assigned projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement project objectives, policies, and performance standards within the framework of organizational goals.
- Supervise and coordinate all construction management activities, ensuring efficient use of resources on-site.
- Support company initiatives and maintain high standards in quality, safety, client relations, and overall project execution.
- Assist in assembling project teams by coordinating with department heads to fill critical field positions.
- Conduct post-award contract reviews periodically to ensure compliance and alignment.
- Lead the development and management of the Project Execution Plan and Quality Management System.
- Approve QA/QC procedures and ensure proper implementation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as the primary liaison with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and design teams to maintain strong relationships and address project needs.
- Oversee construction progress to ensure timely, safe, and budget-compliant delivery in line with project specifications.
- Represent the company in meetings with clients, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring professional and effective communication.
- Facilitate strategy, planning, and progress meetings, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Submit required progress reports and provide updates to stakeholders as needed.
- Take corrective action to maintain project objectives and address challenges as they arise.
- Collaborate with schedulers and construction teams to monitor timelines and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
- Maintain deep familiarity with project plans, specifications, schedules, and budgets.
- Implement motivational strategies to optimize team performance and ensure project milestones are met.
- Deliver regular status updates to sponsors and gather input from site managers.
- Take on additional responsibilities as directed by corporate leadership to support organizational success.
This position will work on various projects be able to travel up to 100%.
